Zachary Ruff
Therapist, Counseling Psychology
Zachary's therapeutic approach is rooted in existential, humanistic, and Gestalt principles. He offers a highly personalized approach tailored to each client’s unique needs, experiences, and goals. Zachary's intention is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental, and caring space where you can feel comfortable being fully yourself.
Zachary believes you already possess the capacity for growth and healing within you. At the same time, meaningful healing does not always happen in isolation. Therapy provides an opportunity to work through feelings of aloneness, develop greater self-awareness, and create space for meaningful and lasting change.
If you struggle to feel seen or understood, experience feelings of isolation, want to work through long standing beliefs or patterns, or are simply curious about exploring how you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you, I encourage you to reach out.
Zachary was born and raised in Southern California and enjoys surfing, snowboarding, and baseball.
